Error when trying to configure NV in HP Performance Center

Trying to open the Global Settings or define a Virtual Location in Performance Center fails.

Error Message:

"No relevant Source Line"

Note that you might not see this error when not using the HP PC application on the PC Server itself. The issue might occur when the temp directory permissions are not sufficient.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the IIS Manager

2. Go to Application Pools

3. Right click SNV_AppPool

4. Select Advanced Settings…

5. Select Identity

6. Select …

7. Change the Built-in account from NetworkService to LocalSystem

8. Reset the IIS server from the GUI or from command line (iisreset).

9. Reopen NV in Performance Center.
