Error “Failed to connect to PC Service” when starting a loadtest

A pop up "Failed to connect to PC Service" when starting a loadtest.

Performance Center Health check also failed with :

"4/07/2014 8:39:53 AM Failed to access the WSDL at: http://PCS SERVER/svc?wsdl. It failed with: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://PCSSERVER/pcs/LabService.svc?wsdl."

The PC User has been change from default IUSR_METRO to another domain user id.

Next IUSR_METRO id is disable at PC Server.

However at file C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Web.config , the define username still IUSR_METRO not the domain user id.

To fix this issue :

At PC Server , open a file C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Web.config

Next , please change :

<identity impersonate="true" password="xxxxxxxxxxxx" userName="IUSR_METRO" />

to <identity impersonate="true" password="Domain user id password " userName="DOMAIN USER ID" />

restart the IIS at PC Server.
